Women's Intro to Lead

Price: $180 per participant.

Includes 6 hours of instruction over 3 sessions, day pass, and rental gear for each day of class.

Schedule: Sundays from 2pm to 5pm. Women's Intro to Lead is held quarterly.

Each class will meet for 2 consecutive weeks.

Prerequisite: Participants will need the following prerequisites to participate:

• Top Rope belay certified at any Salt Pump Climbing gym
• Comfortable top rope climbing at a 5.9 grade or higher 
• 16 years of age or older

Salt Pump Climbing will provide lead ropes, and belay devices (if needed). Climbers should come prepared with their harnesses, climbing shoes, and personal belay device (if owned).

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 2 weeks before the event. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will result in loss of 50% of the course fee. Cancellations made within 1 week of the event will result in a loss of 100% of the course fee. Any fees returned will be provided as a Salt Pump credit to your account. No cass refunds will be provided.
